Lastly, it was established that the entire episode was false and based on rumours. Hundreds of police personnel from different police stations today raided the areas in and around Sujapur to find the culprits who provoked the people. Sources said a group of criminals masterminded the rumour to take revenge against the police. The minority people dominated area is also a den of criminals and clashes with the police are common. It may be recalled that during the last Id-ul-Fitr, a clash took place among villagers in areas adjacent to Sujapur where hundreds of people attacked each other exchanging crude bombs.
