MALDA, May 25: After the death of a snake bite patient, relatives today lodged a complaint with the police against a government doctor and two nurses for negligence of duties. The incident took place at Chanchal hospital in the northern part of Malda district. The husband of Lovely Bibi (20) who died at the hospital this morning blamed the hospital authorities for her death. The CMOH claimed there was no negligence..
