MALDA, 11 JAN: Rejecting the Malda district magistrate's request, owners of private buses and other passenger vehicles, including trekkers and maxi-taxis, have stuck to the indefinite strike decision from tomorrow, protesting against the alleged apathy of both the police and motor vehicles department to check the movement of the illegal motorised vans on the state and National Highways. ;SNS
