Local job seekers and several local unemployed youths having failed to manage call from employment exchange for the recruitment of non-teaching staffs of secondary schools moved the High Court. Finally, the High Court asked the school authorities to carry out wide advertisement before starting the recruitment process so that maximum number of unemployed youths can avail the opportunity of a job.The school authorities had to stop the process of recruitment, which was seeking candidates from employment exchange. It may be recalled that a large number of posts for non-teaching staffs are lying vacant in several schools in many districts.
